Got this for my daughter who has become obsessed with kiwi

I'm had to go behind with a spoon and it broke the skin so some skin was attached to the pieces

So this peeler does work. But when you also cut your fruit, it breaks part of it and makes it mushy. Overall, it works great to peel.

I love kiwi but rarely bought them because they were so much trouble to peel. Now I keep them in the refrigerator. I can just grab one, use my handy gadget and with a snap of my fingers I have my kiwi ready to eat!

I usually do a terrible job of cutting up my kiwi fruit and end up losing a lot of the fruit to the peel. This handy little tool changes all of that and now preparing a kiwi for eating only takes a few seconds. The attached plastic knife does cut a kiwi in half but it is not really sharp so it should be safe for kids. Next, the wire hoop slides into the kiwi and with a twist it pulls the fruit out in quarters. I noticed that the side that has the stem did not cut as well and there was a little bit more “meat” left on that side next to where the stem was attached. All in all, this is a great tool and now I can eat more kiwi fruit because it is easier to prepare and less is wasted.

Seems flimsy, but it works so far on ripe kiwis, but more firm (ideal IMO) not sure. Knife (cute) if on a picnic, but otherwise regular sharp knife much better. Not sure any saving of 'meat'

This came apart on the first use. Put it back together gave it a second try on a different kiwi and it broke apart again. Sending it back for my refund
