This power supply was received yesterday for my wife who uses a CPAP machine. We lost power one night a couple of weeks ago and she was unable to get to sleep after so many years of using the CPAP. It took less than three hours to charge from (supposedly) empty charging to fully charged. The power supply provided more than eight hours of restful sleep for her with over three hours remaining. My wife is fully satisfied that no more lack of sleep/CPAP usage when the power goes out!Additional Information (added 6/12/25): After receiving the power supply, we also purchased and received a Type C connection for the CPAP. My wife used it last night on a fully charged power supply. This morning, she noticed the battery drain was less than half gone. Wow! She thinks that with both items, she might have as much as four days worth of power. We were in the middle of a multi-day, region-wide power outage and in desperation I ordered this power bank. It arrived at 5AM with 3/4 charge in it and saved us, charging phones, iPad, and a portable TV multiple times before it finally died. It did a great job and I ordered a second one. Thankfully the power came back after 4 days, but now I have one for devices and I can use the second to power the router, should this happen again. My only regret is that I thought it would come with a solar panel for charging. It would be nice if the description stated exactly what type of solar panel was needed to charge it.

Helpful for where hurricanes and power outages are common with the ability to charge using alternative energy sources like from car batteries and solar panels. Small and easy to use with multiple outlets available.

Runs the dry cooler/car fridge( 60watt)for 12 hours and only takes about 20% of the battery. This portable power is doing everything we've asked of it thus far. Music speakers, phones, lights.. dependable so far after a few months.

On my normal humidifier setting, this will power my CPAP for one night. Turn off the humidifier, and it will last for about 3 days. That is workable since most campsites we visit have an electrical outlet, which lets me recharge the unit during the day.The battery bar graph is not very accurate, in my opinion. Five bars will be displayed for such a long time that you think the power supply will last for a week. At some point it drops quickly to 3 bars, and shortly thereafter it will be out of juice.Overall this is a good solution for using a CPAP when no other power source is available, assuming you manage your CPAP settings and remain aware of it's true state of charge.

Great, lightweight portable power source. It ran my CPAP all night during power outages and still had 1 bar of power left every morning. We used our gas generator to recharge it in the mornings and it only took a few hours to fully recharge. The lightweight size allows for easy travel for road trips and camping where there are no electric hookups. It also does a great job of powering my computerized telescope and astrophotography camera by using the cigarette adaptor.

I am beyond pleased with how well this thing worked and want to offer my particular use case for anyone else in a similar situation.I use a CPAP and had to drive from California to DC. I planned to camp most nights, so having a power pack to run the CPAP (an AirSense something-or-other) was a must. I used a 12V cigarette lighter power adapter for the CPAP rather than the 120V supply, and this machine kept the CPAP, a fan, and my phone charging all night long without any issues. I even forgot to charge it one day and it still had enough juice for a second night.During the day, while driving, I charged the unit via its 12 cigarette lighter charger. But, I was also working remotely while on the road and had my laptop hooked up to the 120VAC outlet.Even with all of this heavy use it performed flawlessly. My fears of not having enough power to last all night were unfounded and if, for some insane reason, I ever need another one I'd get one of these.
