Product is good but the size is not matching with your wrist means there is no option for return

Product is Very very bad product , and when I am call to Amazon customer care service to help me about that product , that , I am not comfortable with this product and It's my emergency to change this product or refund me , but in customer care the person didn't try to help me and he is doing gossiping and laughing with others , and I request him to help me it's emergency I am leaving count need replacement urgency , or take this bad product and refund me but that customer care still doing gossiping,

I would appreciate the company vemigon for making this great looking, good quality stainless steel golden colour magnetic watch band.The only thing that disappointed me a bit was the design pattern, I mean this band is not a single strap, it is a two-piece strap. Keeping that in mind the strap on upper watch is smaller and the lower one is longer than it should be, this incorrect length is making it little complex to fix the strap, they could have noticed and made it easier.Apart from that I would definitely recommend it to purchase.

This band is light and have somewhat strong magnets. Definitely looks very professional with Silver aluminium apple watch 9 of mine.However I will need to wait and watch how and if the colour fades or cecomes blackish after couple of months.

Don’t buy this product. The size is small. When I wanted to replacement to a bigger size, they do not give any option for that. They cannot have a refund option also for this product. Total waste.
