Very good, working perfectly. Nice to bring my Surface Pro 5 back to life. These chargers do fail after a lot of use. Caused by bending the connection when charging. Not a brilliant design. More of a problem with older Surface Pros when run off the mains a lot with charging cable always in. Don't worry, just get a new charger and cable like this one. Amazon price with Prime much cheaper than a lot of sellers

The product is not good, it stopped charging after couple of months of use, though the charger light is on but not charging the laptop.

This charger has been good so far no problems. If you need a cables for you computer like HP envy which I have it is compatible.
