8 YEARS of daily use...
Y'all. This is the only water bottle you will ever need. These things are so good and for a great price. The only reason I'm writing this review so recently is because I forgot my water bottle at a relative's house, and I took that bottle everywhere. I have graduated college now, and I got this bottle when I was in 9th grade, during the whole Hydro flask trend. I drink lots of water, but I hate if it's warm at all. I need ice! When I got it, it would last 2.5 days until all the ice melted. And it kept it cold for even longer. I had the black one, and even when I'd leave that thing in 100 degrees sitting in the car, I would come back with the bottle super hot yet the water completely cold.I have a tumbler too, and it is the same experience. It does not matter what I put in it, it stays cold and that's why I have never needed another until now. That bottle has even come with me overseas and different states.Heads up for those who care (32 Oz):It will not fit a traditional car cup holder. You can drop it a bunch of times. Holds up super well. Mine fell for years out of my backpack side pocket because it was too big lol and it works fine.A teeny flaw that has happened to me is water will sometimes pool at the top with the straw cap when it's down.Something that might happen sometimes is water shoots out of the straw cap mouthpiece when pulling it up. Rare occurrence.I only used the straw cap. It still locks perfectly, it's just a little looser.Ice now only lasts 1 day, which is still insane to me after 7-8 years of daily use. There's my old partner and the new one provided in photos :)

Hydration Hero
I bought two of these (one for each kid) and it has single-handedly got my kids drinking more water without me having to stage a full-blown intervention.First off, the insulation on this thing is borderline magical. I put ice in it at 8am and by dinner, the ice is still hanging out like it’s got nowhere better to be. It’s like a tiny Arctic vacation for your beverage. Cold water all day? Yes, please. It comes with two lids (a straw and a chug style), plus two straws --> because we all know one will mysteriously disappear within a week. The straw lid is perfect for the kids (or for when you just can’t be bothered to tilt the bottle because, let’s be honest, adulting is hard). My kids now treat this bottle like it’s some kind of mystical water chalice. It’s always within arm’s reach, and I’m not even mad because they’re actually drinking water voluntarily. I repeat: voluntarily.Leak proof? Check. Stylish enough that I low-key want one in every color? Double check.Bottom line: if this bottle ran for president, I’d vote for it. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and get this bottle before your ice melts. (Spoiler: that’s going to take a while.)

10 Star Performance vs All Other Brands
I spend a lot of time poolside in the hot summer and have always been disappointed in most brands of insulated water bottles. None of them will keep ice cold when sitting out in the sun for 2-3 hours. First of all, they get hot to the touch on the outside which can't help but heat up the interior beverage. It doesn't take much to melt ice in a drink. I am very skeptical about all these water bottle claims of being dual walled with a vacuum between them. Just placing my index finger into the interior of many brands (I have tried over the years) and using my thumb to try to gauge the thickness of these so-called dual walls, makes it hard to believe that there is any insulation since they seem so thin. They feel more like a single layer. At any rate, I decided over the course of this summer to keep ordering 32oz to 40oz bottles in the most well known and highly rated brands. I would give each one an afternoon in the sun at my pool to see how well they maintained ice in my beverages (both alcoholic and not). Everyone of the six brands I tried, I returned for a refund. Disappointed at having to rely on Amazon reviewers "subjective" opinions, I started searching for reviews done by professional sources and finally ran across what I was looking for. Serious Eats did reviews by using the exact same amount of liquid and same amount of ice in the same size containers of 10 well known and common brands. They measured the temperature of the liquid in each at various intervals (see attached chart of results) of 2 hrs, 6 hrs, and 16 hrs. Simple Modern clearly won by a significant margin. I can't believe that so many consumers pay exorbitant prices for Yeti, thinking they are getting a superior product and performance. Yeti was the worst performer of the bunch....Junk. The closest performer to Simple Modern was Stanley's, in the short term, but no one came close to Simple Modern at the 16 hour mark. SM's construction is vacuum sealed dual wall and they boast of coating the outside of the interior wall with Copper for whatever reason But it obviously works as evidenced by the review testing and attached results chart. So I ordered the "white" 40oz in Cream Leopard (I wanted one that reflects the sun's heat, not absorbs it). I have now been using it for 2 weeks in 90-100 degree days, poolside. This thing is an absolute beast at protecting the contents. Of course some of the ice put into it is initially melted when lowering the temperature of the liquid inside, but after a couple hours of sipping in the hot sun, the exterior is just a bit warm (not hot to the touch like all of the other brands). And by the time I sip all of the liquid out, there is still a half of a container of unmelted ice. I am beyond impressed and extremely happy to have found my desired solution.I also hit the gym for 2 hours, three times a week and carry iced water with fresh lime squeezed into it with Stevia added for sweetener, and full of ice. This stays frigid cold and by the time I finish drinking what was inside, there is still a ton of ice in the bottle.Bottom line...ignore all of the 5 Star reviews on the Chinese brands and other competitors (although Simple Modern is also made in China). Just purchase this stellar performer and never look back. And compared to the outrageous price of Yeti, this one is a real bargain. Well worth every penny spent.

Cool as Ice
Putting my Stanley to shame! This baby I put ice in two days ago and it still has ice! Left this in my hot car with over 100 degree heat and it still had ice hours later. And honestly with all the different attachments for the way you can drink is just so nice to have.

Favorite Water Bottle!
This is my all time favorite water bottle! Keeps ice in it overnight if I don’t empty it before bed. Came with three lids to choose from I usually only use the straw but the others have come in handy when traveling. For the price I think the quality doesn’t get better! I’ve been buying them as presents for family members and converting them to simply modern people
