Good mascara

I’ve given this five stars as this mascara contains no rubbish, it is smooth to apply. The case is a lovely bright colour so you will find it easily enough, in your make up bag or handbag. I personally would by it again!!

This mascara is good if you work lightly - as in, apply one thin coat, let it dry, apply another thin coat. I have found it to get veeeery clumpy if I don't adopt this method, as the product is quite thick and wet. The colour is also a very dark brown, almost black, when applied, as opposed to the mid/dark brown like I was expecting.

Didn't withstand a drizzly dogwalk or a workout.

E.L.F continues to be amazing. Does exactly what it says on the advert, it’s waterproof, makes your eyelashes look amazing without clumping and is long lasting.I bought it specifically to survive a very sad funeral and it survived all day. Absolutely a must have in your make up bag.It’s also vegan and cruelty free.

I was really excited to try this mascara since I’ve relied on waterproof formulas for years, and I was hoping for one that added more volume and length. While it definitely delivered on those aspects, the smudging was a disaster. It was way worse than even regular, non-waterproof mascaras. I was horrified to see huge black smudges under my eyes during work – so embarrassing! Sadly, it’s not the long-lasting waterproof mascara I was expecting.

I had high hopes due to reviews, brand reputation and the shape of the wand but was very disappointed. This is the only mascara I have ever used, that when I applied it literally went everywhere. Whilst it was drying it transferred from my lashes onto my eyelid as I blinked which then meant I had to redo my eye makeup again. I have never had this with any other mascara. No matter if I applied once the same thing still happened. So reluctantly it went in the bin.

Great mascara, gives long lashes with a natural look. Elf is one of my favourite brands wad cheaper on amazon compared to high street shops .
