This works and it was faster than expected. Transferred from a one GB drive to a two GB flawlessly and simple hold the button for 5 to 8 seconds then press quickly once and watch it transfer. Very happy with the product and the shipping was as stated.

This replaces one I got from Bust Buy at twice the price which had a mechanical defect that when a drive was removed no other drive could replace it. As a surprising bonus this one has three USB3 type A outlets.

Use this for my Xbox one S. Detects drives and the USB hub works excellently. Powers/collects another hub connected to the Xbox. The switch in the back adds to the power control.

I had a drive that had slowed so badly that software failed to copy it. this device did in fact succeed to make a copy and that copy worked flawlessly. this was about the same cost as some of the software solutions I've seen online so I was willing to try it out. the only real downside is I was unable to get the partition on the new drive to expand out to the full size of the drive. it's kind of a bummer but, I was able to save the laptop with this literal one-button operation device. I'm unsure if this device is as slow as it seemed or if this was all because I had a drive that has slowed.

My laptop hard drive's S.M.A.R.T. system was detecting some errors and giving me spooky warnings about "REPLACE DRIVE IMMEDIATELY". I interpreted this as a sign that perhaps the hard drive was in suboptimal shape. So I bought an identical hard drive, and used this disk cloner to clone the drive. Popped the new drive into the laptop, and it picked up right where it left off, like nothing had happened.The only complaint I have is that one of the flaps protecting the drive bays popped off, but that does not impair the device's ability to function, and I should probably blame my ape-like handling of the thing. It's unfortunate, but it's not enough to take off any stars. The device did what I needed it to and that's what matters.

Amazing product, connecting to my computer was a breeze with provided cord, it allowed me to view the contents on both 3.5 inch SATA drives at the same time, I haven't done any cloning as yet, plus the 3 USB ports at the front makes for hassle-free connecting of some of my usb devices, overall, great product, real value for money.
