Great headset with major flaws
- The headband pad fell apart after five months of gentle use. This is a marriage and it is common on these headsets, but the service and support refuse to help;- Sony software offers to update the headset firmware, but always crashes with a 10% error;- About once every 4 hours, the microphone sends out very loud noises for about 2 seconds. I can't hear them.It could be one of the best headsets on the market, it packs great specs, but the poor performance and lousy service ruin it a lot.
