I chose the follow the pdf instead of the video. It was very easy to follow. Also, it tells you to check each individual component to make sure it is functioning prior to starting to install it. The company admits that the components are custom made and somewhat fragile. They state in the instructions that if a component does not work to contact them. I wanted to explain this because of the negative reviews saying they installed it and parts didn’t light up.Installation was time consuming and required much patience, but well worth it and completely doable. This is my first big Lego build and my first time installing a light kit. My husband would also point out that I know NOTHING about computers/electronics/circuits, but it did not impact my ability to complete this project. I was proud of myself for completing it 100% without additional help.The end result is GORGEOUS! It really brings the picture to life. I also love being able to use the remote control to change the brightness.

I absolutely love how this light kit worked with the Starry Night lego set. When I am feeling a little down I just turn on my Starry Night to give it a little extra magic.

This lighting kit with the RC (Remote Control) is excellent.The only problem is that this remote control interferes with the "Lego Emirates Team New Zealand" remote control, from the same company. The infrared light signals should be similar, and they interfere inadequately.Can the supplier tell us a solution? I need a SUGESTION from suplier, please.

This is a pain to attach and does not work well at all. We removed it and it is not worth the money or time to put it on.

Appreciated the quick response when the remote to the sensor didn't work. It took us a year to complete the project; we didn't expect the company to help us out. For that alone, the customer service piece was excellent. The only feedback I would add is for those watching the video, read the PDF first. It helps explain some of the back-and-forth assembling and disassembling of the bricks already put together.

Looks nice with the added lights, definitely worth the purchase. I wish it came with a longer usb connector, as well as a better way to conceal the wires at the bottom. I used tape instead. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It does require patience to get things nice and tucked in.

The media could not be loaded. Pretty good, but as a note - I bought a separate cheap kit with some more LED and the attachment for the painting light so I can make it look nicer. Instructions were very clear, lighting arrangements provided are nice, and I would definitely recommend others to buy. The kit is very well organized and the video instructions were very clear, I’ll be buying brickbling for my other LEGO projects for sure.

Assembled The Starry Night first and skipped over building the frame until last. For the BrickBling Light Kit I chose to use the installation video rather than the PDF and followed step by step, paused for each component, and made sure all the gold wires in connectors matched up. The instructions are very thorough and well done! It was not difficult to remove pieces or lift areas to thread wires to the back. Installed correctly the wires do not show when completed. The "sticky" foam squares do not work well at all...I just didn't use them in some areas and wires are not going to move since threaded through bricks or to the back. A change I made was to thread the power USB wire through the back when I put the frame on so it wouldn't show over the frame in the front. I absolutely love the lights and ability to change settings with the remote! Overall, I highly recommend this light kit to enhance The Starry Night!
