Honestly, I have not really had this product long enough to give an accurate review. However, just in trying it out to see how it works, everything does seem to be operational. Like anything else, you have to spend a little time getting used to it especially getting connected through Bluetooth. It works - which is the only thing I really expected or wanted.But the main reason for this review is to say how great the customer service is - and I mean much better than you would normally expect. My device came in the mail very quickly. I immediately opened the package but realized that the little 3.5mm metal adapter was missing from the package. I emailed the support department explaining the missing part. They responded quickly and in only a few days I received a package from them. Remember, I only asked for the small 3.5mm missing part. To my surprise, not only did they send the missing part, they also included 2 ENTIRE Wireless 2-IN-1 Adapters! Surely this was a mistake, I thought. So I sent the support department an email explaining that either they were very generous or there was a mistake. I also sent them a picture of the items I thought they accidently shipped. Again, to my surprise, they simply replied it was intentional. I will tell you from my experience, I have never in my life had such a generous customer support response. I have never done business with this company before, but in my opinion if you are needing a wireless Bluetooth receiver/transmitter adapter (or any other product they sell), you will not find a better company to buy from. Customer service is absolutely a FIVE STAR! I would definitely shop there again.

Product Review of the EP-BA100.  After about a month use of this product, I'm very satisfied with it's performance.  I've tried two other brands (none of the 3 looked similar) that supposedly did the same thing.  This product worked/works the best.  I have 3 different Bluetooth headphones that use 3 different protocols :  Bluetooth v4.0, v4.2 and v5.0 headphones.  All worked with this 3.5mm adapter.  Regretfully, I never tested out the receiver (RX) function so I cannot comment on that.  I bought it primarily to use as a transmitter.  I tested it primarily on the Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite.  I tested it on my phone and tablet (which already had its own built-in Bluetooth) and it worked just fine. (Yes, my phone has a headphone port !)  I was also ready to give up on products like these but thought 'one more try.'  I'm glad I gave this one a chance.  On a 'negative' note.. it didn't work right out of the box.  I don't know why.  I was going return it but waited a day and before going online to process my return, I gave it another try and this time it worked...even after more than a month of using it almost daily - no glitch.  The battery life is more than sufficient to outlast my headphone.  If it can do that, it's all that matters. I strongly advise you read the instructions.  If you plan to use multiple headphones, it may be best to 'clear' it's memory each time you switch.  That's probably what I should've done after opening the box, but didn't read the instructions till later.  If you're looking for a 3.5mm Bluetooth Transmitter Receiver, I highly recommend this product.  Also, the little 3.5mm to 3.5mm 'stick' doesn't work.  It didn't work on the two previous products I purchased so I just assumed those sticks are useless.  The 3.5mm to 3.5mm cord works fine (it's what I use).  The sound quality is great and the volume is very loud and clear. Very Low latency (time delay), noticeable.. but not bad at all. Sept2022

I needed a solution for my wife to watch TV at night while I sleep. Since she has Apple AirPods I just needed a way to get them to connect to the TV. This does the trick. My LG tv didn't have a headphone jack, but the audio output RCA jack worked with the included 3.5mm adapter. Then I plugged the USB power cable into an empty USB port on the TV to power it. Plugging it in didn't add any static or interference either, otherwise I would have needed to buy a longer power cable, as the included one wouldn't reach the 4 feet to the closes outlet. Volume still comes out of the TV as well so we can turn the TV up during the day for everyone to watch it, or turn the TV volume down at night and just have sound come out of the AirPods at night, without having to go into the TV menu and switch to internal / external speakers. It was easy to pair too. Just turn it on, press the pairing button the Apple AirPods, and it should pair within seconds. I would recommend this.

Overall:A no-nonsense dual Bluetooth transmitter for two devices and receiver for a multitude of applications.While I wouldn't use it in ways described like on an airplane, it in theory could be done. This can transmit from any optical (S/PDIF) or 3.5mm device to up to two Bluetooth devices, or can receive a Bluetooth input and output to a wired option (optical or 3.5mm).All contents in the box are pictured.-1x Bluetooth transmitter/receiver device-Instruction booklet-1x female 3.5mm audio input to stereo RCA (red + white cable)-1x male-to-male S/PDIF optical cable-1x USB-A to USB-C cable-1x male-to-male 3.5mm audio cableThe instructions were easy to follow except the device doesn't come up as "Aisidra" when pairing, but as "TaoTronics TT-BA09" which might throw off the unsuspecting user. I do like the TaoTronics brand as I've owned 6 or so of the products so that was a plus.As a non-audiophile, I can't attest to supreme quality of the transmitted sound, but that also depends on the source audio and the playback device, however have no complaints.
