A pretty good addition for the home gym, it adds some useful variety to your workout, I certainly feel it when I use it.Had it a while and the build quality is impressive though the counter thingy is a bit hit and miss but I know how to count so it's no problem.

Awesome piece of kit. I only got this last week but it’s fabulous you can really feel it in your tummy area. Start off small don’t overdo it when starting out cos I made this mistake then had to take a good few days break from it because I was so tender in the tummy area.

This arrived very quickly easy to set up and after using it 5 times I was very happy.Then a few drops of sweat as you do when trading went on the clock and the counter screen disappeared otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.And for £95 I expected a little better

Great for a home machine. Easy to assemble, and doesn't take a lot of room. Has 3 levels of difficulty.

Easy to assemble great to use

I hate this machine (in a good way) because by the end of my routine it kills. Stomach muscles have definitely got stronger after a couple of months using it.

poor quality- returned

Looks like a good product but was missing the handles and so can’t mount the counter. Still usable but disappointed. Shouldn’t have to use my time to return.
