I am an emotional Mex/Cuban chick, so I wanted my cool Military analyst Husband to evaluate this Vacuum.We have 3 Belgian Malinoise (they look like German Shepherds) and shed amazing amounts of hair and dander despite the fact that we vacuum THEM weekly and bathe them every 2 weeks, it's just the breed. Vacuuming is a full- time job for me. I bought 2 of these so I don't have to lug one upstairs-little did I know how LIGHTWEIGHT this vacuum is. I also bought 2 BATTERIES THINKING THAT IT WOULD RUN OUT OF POWER LIKE MY SHARK ION FLEX-IT DID NOT RUN OUT OF POWER! Worth noting: You will need an additional battery if you intend to vacuum a 2,500 ft house. My Husband did 3 average size rooms downstairs and he still had 37% charge left, you can actually SEE how much power is left on the cool "meter" on the unit. My Husband vacuumed in silence (I was jumping out of my skin waiting for his thoughts on the vacuum. FINALLY, he said: I was worried about the suction when I heard how quiet it was and how light it felt (he actually went over the floor with his military tactical flashlight to see if there was any hair left on the floor (what can I say? Ha-Ha) There wasn't a hair left on that floor! He loved how easy it was to manoever (I can't spell this word) and said it cleaned right up to the edges. I wanted to see if it was easy to empty (I've ALWAYS had to stick my small hands up in the bins of past Dysons and Sharks and was thrilled to see the bin open easily and ALL the HAIR and stuff come out easily when my Husband pushed the "empty the bin" switch down. I expected my exacting Husband to say one thing (at least) that was negative, NOPE. Oh yeah, he commented that he liked that the attachments fit on the base (which he liked because he said the base was low profile) JUST SO YOU KNOW, I'm not into helping ANYBODY SELL THEIR PRODUCTS, WHY SHOULD I BE-I'M NOT GETTING A CUTLOL. I did consider the comparable Dyson but this vacuum was everything I could want, besides monkeys would fly out of my a_ _ before I'd pay 700-900.00 bucks for a stick vac unless it also made pancakes on Sunday morning and loaded the dishwasher up. I paid 279.00 for this terrific vacuum and then treated myself to a gold bracelet on Q_ _ with what I saved. Most Women will understand my logic).

I purchased this vacuum July 2023 based upon reviews on Amazon and from influencers. Granted not their most expensive model in their line up but before investing in one of their higher priced wet/dry vacuum models I wanted to test out their quality. Didn’t start using this vacuum until late August 2023 when I moved into my new 1 bedroom apartment with wood flooring throughout. The vacuum worked decently but wouldn’t say it wowed me right out of the box. I noticed it had issues picking up bigger pieces of debris and would occasionally just kick debris out the back. Also on highest suction power the battery drained quickly. Definitely not the vacuum for carpet but did okay on area rugs. This would definitely not be a vacuum for a larger home. Not deal breakers considering the price range and my square footage currently. So I kept the vacuum versus returning as re-boxing is a hassle. Should have returned. Because by October the unit was even worse with suction even small debris (pet hair, dust usual suspects you find on your floor or carpet). In addition to this issue the unit had issues charging, charge for time of use even on lowest suction mode and maintaining a charge. Based upon the poor quality of this product for suction, holding a charge and charging I can’t recommend this product. I also think based upon the poor quality of this model I would not invest in any other product from their line. It’s a shame a lot of influencers (who BTW get paid/commissions for recommending products/manufactures such as this one when a follower purchases said product) continue to recommend this vacuum and their more pricey wet/dry models. Wanted to love this vacuum based upon reviews by Amazon buyers and various influencers but it is simply junk. Should have listened to my gut, re-boxed and returny it at the first sign of issues. Tossed it in the trash a week ago purchased the Samsung Jet 60 Pet model. Strong right out of the box, no issues picking up any size or amount of debris on my wood floors or area rugs. Holds a charge well so far, battery lasts on highest suction to vacuum my entire apartment with battery life remaining and is easy to maneuver. And no this isn’t a testimonial for the Samsung just a comparison right out of the box. Do your own research on cordless vacuums. In any case I didn’t love this vacuum right out of the box, issues only increased and should have returned before the return window closed so that’s on me.
