Basic, but Fundamentally Sound
Preface: This unit is replacing a Logitech K845 with TTC Brown Switches, which itself was a replacement for my trusty but discontinued K800 Logitech tactile membrane keyboard.Added value features:Type C charging at sub 100$ price pointFull mechanical switches that don’t thonk2.4ghz instead of Bluetooth for low latency and better wireless rangeThis keyboard is a has a couple flaws, the function keys aren’t labeled on the key caps(so hold onto your owners manual) and the deck height is high enough to make it slightly uncomfortable to use without a wrist rest. The textured keys are harder to read, and blue backlight is very gamer, but I use my keyboard in a well lit office so the backlight is always off.Overall though, the typing experience is vastly superior to the loud and clunky K845, and close enough to the K800 that I’m satisfied.

No manual. Cant turn off flashing lights. Poor quality switches
It starts on with an annoying light sweep across the keys, that I couldnt turn off until I held FN and pressed every key on the keyboard to find one that would change the light settings. The FN key is flashing and will not ever stop. The amazon picture shows a wireless dongle to connect the keyboard, which was not included, since it's bluetooth I guess that's fine, but who knows how to control pairing with this keyboard. There is no manual in the box. There is no link to a website on amazon or the box. Found a link on the bottom of the keyboard. After finding their website, there is no real support or downloadable manual. The key switches are advertised as brown, making you think they'd be like cherry mx browns, but they are more similar to a cheap version of razer green switches, they almost feel like what you'd get on a plastic keyboard from the 90s.There are no labels for what FN does, so I had to press each key and see what happens. Apparently it has multimedia keys from F3-F8, volume up/down, mute, pause/play,next/prev.It seems like a decent cheap mechanical keyboard, but I could have spent less money on a used nice keyboard than buying this new. I'd recommend spending a little more money, or buying used. After spending an hour on this, I figured out all the FN keys without the manual. FN+` toggles n-key/6-key rollover, there is no indicator which mode you're in so you have to test it and make sure not to accidentally switch modes. FN+ ins/home/pu/pd/del/end and arrow keys configure the lights. FN+win toggles disabled windows key. FN+F12 locks the whole keyboard until its pressed again. Holding FN+esc for 5 sec resets the keyboard settings. The media keys are as pictured on the box (f3-f8).The flashing FN key might be a charging indicator, but I do not know. I also don't know how to disable it, it's pretty irritating. No easily serviceable battery means that over time you will spend more money buying a new keyboard than if you paid more upfront for a nicer keyboard. Since this keyboard doesn't have hotswappable switches, you are basically stuck with the crappy ones it comes with, which is a shame since it would actually be worth it to buy this and put nice switches in with the body and keycaps it comes with.Other hexgears keyboards can be purchased for about the same price which have more functionality like macros, or RGB lights if you are into that. The keyboard isn't ALL bad. The keycaps feel and look nice. The keyboard body feels and looks nice too (proportions and curve ratios are a little ugly but that's like about all keyboards). Would have been worth it for half the price.

Only lasted 6 months
I ordered this product in January. Everything worked fine until the keyboard suddenly stopped working in June. It no longer works with neither the Bluetooth nor the wire connection. You get what you pay for.

Great product, no bad flaws in my opinion.
The media could not be loaded. A little loud, I don’t mind it.Blue light isn’t SUPER bright but we’ll lit enough if needed in the dark.Full size , yet slick and the grip on the buttons is TOP NOTCH.Comes with a little metal doohicky-lmk what it’s forAnd a cable to charge the keyboard, life on it lasts about a week and some days. Depending on how active you are on it.Overall satisfied w/ the product, would DEF recommend to anyone searching for a new board. 👍💯
