The item arrived and looked like the picture. One of the baskets in the 16x12 set arrived with the frame bent. I reached out to Best Choice and told them and sent a picture stating that 1 out of the 4 baskets arrived damaged. The customer service was amazing, as they gave me a one time courtesy and sent a whole other set of 4 (16x12) even though only one was damaged. I chatted with several different reps and they were all kind and on the same page. They have a future customer in me. Thanks Best Choice! I appreciate you!

I have bought 2 sets of these baskets (8 total) - they are perfect for pantry shelves! When i initially looked at the price, i thought they were too expensive, but if you break it down per basket, they are actually very affordable. The perfect size for pantry shelves, and they are heavy enough to hold bigger items. The mini-chalk board with the marker is a huge bonus!

Fit perfect in my tv stand. Well made and very sturdy. 10/10 recommended. I got the white which is more of a cream but that was the color I wanted.

I love the concept and the fact that you can write on the placard. I ordered two different sizes, both in gray but they are different colors. It's not a deal breaker, but I would have preferred everything in my pantry to match. They are however well made and functional.
