Very cost effective and quality product. I was purchasing this supplement from a brick and mortar store and I thought I was getting a good deal until I found this product on Amazon. The pills have no taste and are easy to swallow and my husband says that it helps him combat the side effects of his cholesterol medication. He has noted that his leg cramps have been easier to deal with.

We take these for cholesterol management. This was the best price I found. I did not experience the clumping that other purchasers mentioned. Sometimes they don't shake out immediately, but a quick rap of the bottle against the countertop solves the issue.

Great size, easy to swallow, but pills stick together and very difficult to separate, which is why I can't give this a 5 star rating.
