Does Wireless charging work with this case on?

Depends. I have an older Q charger from back in early Pixel days and 40% luck; but my car - a newish bmmer does so ok.

Can i attach an O ring or some kind of holding device to prop up?

I don't have one on mine but I can't see why you couldn't attach one on there. It's actually a great case.

Does the phone sit flat on the table when it's in this case? (Does the frame around the camera cover even out the "camera bump"?)

The camera lens is covered by a sliding window. The window is mounted within a slightly raised rectangular frame which is molded into the case. The case does not lay "flat". Rather, it lays slightly raked with the top of the phone slightly higher then the bottom.

Why do most companies not include a flap over the charging port? Id buy this 100% if it did but no.... 🤦🏼♂️

For me the covers just get in the way. Most phone are at least splash resistant so I don't think a cover is needed.
