It doesn't make any noise or trickling effect

Follow the Installation Instructions carefully and allow the running Water Fountain to settle into a rythm. You should hear distinct water falling sounds from the unit.

Does it come with a remote for the LED lights?

No, it doesn't come with remote control for the LED Light

Why do i have to keep putting water in it

You need to keep topping up the water in the Fountain because as the Water cascades over the levels of the Fountain, some of the water evaporates in vapour and droplets. This gradually reduces the initial quantity of water and the level in the container. Topping up is to replace this loss to keep the Water level in the container constant and enough to ensure the pump remains submerged under water and working properly.
