Wow! So much easier and convenient than the shoulder strap. In my opinion the extra battery pouch is not needed and in the way, but that’s just me.

...definitely not for me! I found it too inconvenient to use, given that I had to take it off every time I sat down anywhere. I had a hard time getting it over whichever arm was last to go through the straps...it kept getting caught on my arm to the point where I had bruises left behind. This probably wouldn't happen to everyone because not everyone is the klutz that I am! A feature that I did love was the hidden zipper compartment that faces one's back when it's on. I would have loved using this except for my awkwardness in putting it on and taking it off. Again, I don't want to disparage the product; I'm pointing out why I needed to return it. Hopefully, most people will find it very helpful. By the way, I solved the problem by removing the shoulder strap from my laptop carrier and putting in on the carrying case that came with the unit. That was very equitable for me :)

This is the most painful back pack I have ever carried. The strap buckles either dig into my skin at the arm pits or the straps themselves do... which ever way I adjust the straps it is painful.

I walk a mile at a gym twice weekly and have to carry my Inogen G5 portable concentrator. The backpack which Inogen sent me was uncomfortable because it rode too low on my back. The Bagsfy backpack is much more comfortable and I use it exclusively now. I also appreciate the Velcro straps which secure the concentrator as I move around to various exercise machines.
