Great for Contact Wearers
Summary:I have had the "Razer RPG/Onyx" Gunnar glasses for almost a year, and still wear them daily at work and at home. The build quality is excellent, and I would recommend a pair to contact wearers either experiencing, or trying to prevent eye strain.Notes:1) On days that I wear my prescription glasses I can get by just fine. I still prefer my Gunnars over regular glasses when it comes to eye strain, but there is not a huge difference.2) The glasses are very comfortable. I wear over ear headphones for extended periods with no issues. The bridge support will leave little indentions on your nose after wearing for a few hours, but they fade after a few minutes.3) I have been very pleased with the build quality. I wear mine daily and they travel in a backpack between work and home. There is little to no difference in appearance and function between them now and when I bought them 10 months ago.4) It takes a bit to get used to the amber lenses and the slight magnification. Both were off putting at first, but you get used to it and grow to depend on it.5) These glasses will not "fix" eye strain, only prevent it (if that makes sense). If I stare at a bright computer screen with my contacts and no glasses I will still experience eye strain. The glasses just act as a barrier.6) I do not own any other Gunnar glasses, so I cannot speak to those directly as far as build quality.7) Other ways that I have found to help with eye strain or dry eyes is to dim the screen (dark modes are awesome), and make sure you keep the contacts fresh (a.k.a. replace when you are supposed to, don't sleep in them all the time, etc.).I hope someone finds this helpful, and good luck in your search!

Well made glasses but with one fault.
The media could not be loaded. The gunner glasses have a good material base around them and very flexible to any head size, feel very tough and very unlikely to brake even from an accidental drop. The blue light reflection is very well done and does ease blue light fatigue very well. One thing that I believe every buyer should be aware of and “take my word for it”is the optics tend to “enhance” your eye sight. I am a student and a gamer and spend a lot of time in front of my PC monitor. Gunner put on the description enhances eye sight, which I’m still getting the hang of. When you put the glasses on you can feel it magnifies your eye sight, and the first couple of days my head and eyes hurt, the pain was more of annoyance trying to get the hang of the glasses focusing my eyes. “ I do have a 20/20 eye sight, I also have never put on prescription glasses in my life”.After a week of using the glasses feels a bit better but still getting the hang of the glasses. It almost feels like you borrowed a friends prescription far sighted glasses that have a little bit of prescription in them and used it to do your homework or game. Over all the glasses are well made and should last a long time, and as for the price. If it was $20 cheeper that’s a hell of a deal.

Outstanding
Superb clarity and supreme comfort. I had another pair of Gunnars for years. They had a stronger yellow tint. I like these one best. Best computer, TV glasses, well worth the money.

Rating: A+++
Very satisfied with this purchase. I'm on day 2 of 10hrs shifts looking between 2 monitors arranging numbers and customers and before I had these it felt like someone had hit me in the eyes. These glasses do what they say..at least for me...They reduced my eye strain, lightweight, and they make everything a little crisper. It does make the monitor look like nighttime mode on a smartphone. They seem very durable and if something were to happen to them, I would definitely buy another pair.

blurry
to be fair . the build quality is good and sturdy . but i am not happy with the purchase .-first when i wear these glasses directly in front of the screen its okay not bad comfy .. but if i move a little bit away or just turned around to grab something from the room it makes my vision blurry .-second . the coating on it is so reflective that i can see the reflection of the monitor from inside the glass .i am not saying i will return it . but ill use it only if when im sitting 2 feet away from the monitor .the whole purpose from it is to make you feel better not make life harder .

Fairly decent
For the price, I expected a bit more. Read other reviews and decided to try them out. The lenses magnify a little, have an amber tint as if you used night shift on your iPhone, and they don’t cause too much discomfort. I have a big head, and while they do stretch to fit different head shapes, it does feel a bit awkward. Since they stretch to fit, it feels like they are constantly “pushing” away from my eyes, wanting to “unstretch” themselves. Gets annoying. Also, many say they help dry eyes. I wouldn’t know. I’ve been playing video games for 20+ years and have only dealt with eye strain. What I do notice is that I have gotten a strange sensation in my eyes while wearing them. I don’t know if that is my eyes not getting dry, or them actually drying out. The feeling is new to me, but it does feel uncomfortable to me. But the glasses do help when my eyes are beginning to feel strained and when they are already strained. The strain doesn’t go away as you’ll find out once you take the glasses off. It’s almost like having an injury and taking pain killers while working on that injury. Once the pain killers wear off, you’ll realize the injury may have gotten worse.Overall, a good pair of glasses if you don’t have a big head. I wish they made a bigger size rather than have the glasses “stretch.”
