I made the mistake of having a cup of this before bed and I was needing to go to the toilet for a wee all night. Has a nice taste though but drink it earlier in the day as it will make you go more frequently.

The smell is not so great, however, that does completely disappear when boiled water is added.Taste fine. I feel it is good quality. Overall I’m very satisfied.It may be too soon to say but I believe it’s helping soothe my stomach.
