Year old wax stain gone in minutes!
This stuff is amazing. I spilled a full candle (from a warner so the whole candle was liquid) on my rug over a year ago. I originally did the iron and towel thing and it worked.. or so I thought. After some time, the wax in the rug started to collect dirt. Iron would t work anymore. I saw this online and thought it was worth a try for the price. It couldn’t make the spots any more gross than they already were.LOOK AT MY PICTURES! The first pass with this stuff and I knew it was working. I took a picture at that point for this review. I never do reviews but this was awesome. In my first pic you will see a whitish line in the middle of the large stain. That was pass number one. Before and after pics show it all. Took me about 15 minutes, I thought I was using the whole bottle but nope, only 1/4 was used.Scrubbed with warm soapy water and then rinsed with my spot cleaner wet vacuum and boom. After pic is from the next day (I wanted to make sure it was dry and walked on)Highly recommend this for candle spills in carpet.

Does what I needed it to do.
Some candle wax dripped onto some sensitive electronic equipment like an HD TV, including the screen, speakers and a cloth covered sound bar. I was desperate and thought it was all ruined. No instructions came with the product, so I just poured a little into a tiny cup and started with trial and error. I used cotton swabs and pads for the plastic. A little rubbing involved but it came off easily. I used an old soft textured toothbrush to detail the fabric on the fabric cover on the sound bar. It helped to be saturated, and a circular motion worked best. The oily residue is easily cleaned with standard cleaners and glass cleaner. And no harm was done to the electronics. My equipment is like new!! You would never know that accident happened. The pleasant aroma reminds me of root beer. No other foul chemical odor is detected. And I only used a few tablespoons of the product. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Works unbelievably well
Had an entire melted candle fall off of a floor speaker (from the vibration) onto my carpet. figured it would be easier to clean if I let it dry first. It was impossible.. I tried the ironing trick, scraping it and even a professional carpet cleaning company ($205). Unfortunately they weren’t able to get it out. I saw this stuff and figured for a fraction of the cost it was at least worth a try.. well it showed up about an hour and a half ago and my carpet is spotless! The wax all came out. It took about 20 minutes total.. 5 to soak, and 15 to scrub.I wish I would have taken before and after pics, This stuff worked unbelievably well!!

I wish it worked
I usually don't write reviews but I just wanted to let them know it doesn't work for red wax on couch. I was praying it would work bc was a a fabric beige couch and didn't do a thing on the wax...and Amazon don't take return saying it is a flammable product. Oh well...

Half and half.
Didn't work on the main surface I wanted it to work on. But it worked on the secondary surface concrete.

Works as described but takes time with a bit of "elbow grease"
Works as described but best on areas where the majority of the thick wax has already been scrapped away. I am using this for the rug around a church altar.

Didn't work at all
All it did was make the floor oily and gross. It didn't get the wax off at all. Very disappointed.

This ‘stuff’ works. Weiman, are you paying attention!?!
This product has a magical ability to remove candle wax from fabrics. Dinner candles always manage to drip and splatter; fine table linens are expensive. I can no longer find this product locally and therefore conclude that, given its cost now, it is no longer made. I paid an outrageous price for this last bottle and will use it sparingly. However, given that a bottle of this Wax-Away costs me $50 but the table linens it will likely salvage will cost hundreds to replace, I paid.
