Reliable and good quality
This is a very good call system. Reliable and adaptable. I have it set ip with 2 receivers (so carers can hear it whether they are upstairs or downstairs), a watch-style call bell and 4 of these doorbell-style call bells mounted strategically by bed / WC / etc. Have been using this set-up for over a year and so far, it has been 100% reliable. Very pleased with it.

Severe arthritis hands can still use, perfect product, for carer peace of mind
A part wasn't included but that was resolved, as a carer this means I can relax/be in a different room without missing mum shout for help/assistance, I keep a speaker in my bedroom and the kitchen, and mum has the button. She has severe arthritis hands (all knuckles dislocated and basically closed) and she can use this - life saver!

Life savers!
Have two of these for relatives who need 24/7 care. Easy to use, easily installed with different ring tones, so I know whether I need to go upstairs to one or downstairs to the other. Highly recommend.
