Disappointed, kefir didn’t ferment, waste of money

Good quality grains and great assistance on purchase
I had tried this drink in an exhibition and i really loved it. But i was skeptical if i can take the effort of making it regularly for consumption. The price of the grains felt pricy as a new customer. I had a lot of questions initially and the seller were very prompt in response. Its very easy once you get the hang of it. And now i find the price completely worth it!! I would totally recommend this product
