Q: Would this work with cookie dough? I wanted to get this to control portions with our deserts. I still like having cookies, so will this work with cookie dough?

Unfortunately, I don't know but I don't believe so because cookie dough is a lot thicker in consistency. I don't believe this product can heat up to the degrees that cookie dough requires. In addition, I would think that you most likely won't get even "baking". When I use it for cake pops, it only really bakes on one side since the cake rarely raises to the very top of the pan. I often have to turn the pops onto the other side to get even "baking".

Q: Hello I wonder if the machine is dual voltage Mark

can not find what a dual voltage mark is. It say "Volts: 120Vac 60Hz WATTS:1300W. Hope that helps.
