Pillow works great. I sleep with it to help with swollen legs. Its very comfortable and portable making it really great for traveling.The bag it comes with to inflate is very ingenious. Great design. The bag did end up breaking after a few months of use but they were able to send me a new one without an issue. I would buy again.

Due to back injuries I have used one of these for years. This one I use in our RV. It blows up when needed and deflates to be stored when not needed.

I left my initial review below, but this is my current review after about 70 days of ownership. This pillow no longer holds air after about a day. This makes it useless. Also, it wasn’t cheap, so I am not happy. I also noticed in the description that some kind of blow up device was supposed to be included in this purchase. I received no such thing. Since it is now JUST past the return window, I feel like I was stolen from. NOT COOL! Also, just chatted with Amazon. Made them aware of a large problem with this product, and they still said no refunds or returns outside the return window, “no exceptions”. If Amazon is going to start “no exception”ing me, an extremely loyal customer of over a decade, I am going to have to start spending my money elsewhere. You really want to alienate good customers who have spent a lot of money, over a deflating leg cushion? Well, okaayyy! There are always Temu and Ali Express, and their customer service is top-notch!Old review: I purchased this for my mom, who is elderly and cannot hold herself upright in her recliner while eating. I mean when the recliner is upright just for clarity. I have noticed this causes her to inhale food or drink while eating and that causes constant coughing for hours. This wedge set on one end pushes her to the edge of the chair, forcing her to sit up at her tray table while eating. It also provides a gentle support to her back at the same time. Once she is finished eating, I just move the wedge out and she can go back to sitting back in the recliner while she watches TV. Great item and seems like nice quality. I used the blow side of the ShopVac (carefully due to speed and power) to inflate (after I ran ShopVac on blow alone first to get debris out and not blow it into the cushion). Love it!

This pillow works fantastic for about 4 to 6 months. I only use this pillow when I travel so it is not used everyday, maybe 4 - 8 times a month. I am on my 4th one and it is not holding air now. I've tried patching the older ones without success.

My legs used to be swollen every morning after I woke up. I had to go to physical therapy every week but the pain was still there every day. Then I found this product. I can't say enough about the benefits it has brought me. But anyway, if you don't believe me, you have to try it yourself to see the difference and the relief you get after using it. I tell you it really works. Buy it and feel the relief you have been trying to achieve for years.

The item was good but the way they want you to fill it with air is ridiculous. You're supposed to catch air in a bag and squeeze it in the nozzle. They would have been smart to put a cheap hand pump in and add a couple bucks to the price.
