Q: Can i mix this in with chocolate milkshakes?

I don't see why not. It has a good vanilla taste. I actually use it to make protein waffles, I just mix it in with egg, and grated cheese. I use the chocolate flavor the same way. I like this because it doesn't have an after taste.

Q: Does this have caffeine?

The vanilla does not have caffeine. This is by far my favorite tasting protein supplement.
