Very easy to use and good collar. Would recommend. If you plan on using this make sure to inform yourself and on proper training for your dog on YouTube or consulting a professional. The staff were also very helpful when my collars stopped working and failed to pair to the remote. They helped send me a new pair for free, which was really appreciated.

Every piece of this product seems sturdy enough to last for awhile but a few gripes I got with this product is that I’ve received the controller as if it is short-circuited with the thing wanting to turn ioff by itself almost all the time. It kind-of isn’t a big problem for us but it would be for others depending on how tolerable they are for an issue like that.By the way, the chargers for the devices are too-short, also, not a big deal as they work really well but it is a problem if you are prone to losing small things as I have already for these chargers. I think it would help if they were longer to have the lesser chances of losing them.Be aware that this receiver doesn’t work with fences being aligned with the receiver automatically as YOU have to take an eye of your pets with whatever issue you see with them doing.Despite those issues I have typed, I’d give it a 4/5 stars because probably all the parts of this product, in our experience, are durable enough that it will probably last a long time; just a few problems for this receiver we were very tolerable to accept but for others they may not want to.

I love these collars. The battery life is amazing and the light on the collar comes in handy when it’s dark outside. They are a great value and you are able to set them as high or as low as needed.

Super easy to set up and use!Lost one collar because we must have not latched it well, so be sure to check it when putting on your dog.Very replaceable…We very rarely have to use the shock. Just the vibration option is all our dog needs!

My old boy just doesn't learn. He wants to pull boards off the fence to get at the neighbors in their backyards. He's over 10 years old now, but still full of it. He's also dark gray, that perfect shade that makes him hard to see even in broad daylight. The flashing green light and the white light you can turn on is a huge plus. The beep is loud enough. The vibration gets his attention, and the shock really gets his attention. He's a Staffy and very solid. I started the level down pretty low. I found the level that gets his attention is 35. When he's being a little extra and needs a little extra juice I have the second channel set at the default of 51. I haven't had to use that yet.You don't want to hurt your buddy, so start on low levels and increase until you find what works best for your situation.

if its for a small dog such as a Shitzu or Sleeve Pekingnese, these aren't my best choice because they are too big , and even cutting them down, not a great feet. But I do like the remote & sound!
