I first heard about Tongkat Ali from a email list I am on. It sparked my interest so I decided to by this item. I have been taking it for months now. I buy the 60 count and take it until it is gone. That way I take a 2-3 week break from the supplement until my body tells me I can take it again. I love this product they did a great job. It gives me the energy throughout the day and mental clarity. I'm a 43 year old man and this product is great for my health and testosterone. If you take good care of yourself with exercise, meditation if that is your thing, and eating a clean diet you will get great results.

I’ve been looking for a healthier replacement to TRT and found that almost all other supplements for increasing testosterone have minimal benefits. I recently heard about Tongkat Ali on the Joe Rogan podcast and then researched the hell out of it. The last thing I wanted was to make myself sick from taking a dangerous supplement that would be labeled as toxic to humans a few years down the road. I found reviews of the Nootropics Depot brand and they seemed to meet all my safety requirements. I started taking 400mg of this extract 8 days ago and all i can say is oh my god, it’s the real deal. On day 3 I had a strange tingling in my groin, day 6 felt a little more energy, and day 8 started have higher levels of anger (which I didn’t like), but I know it’s an indicator of increased free testosterone. I also started having hot flashes which indicate I may need to lower my dose to 200mg. Libido is absolutely increasing, no change in strength yet, but overall feeling of clarity and well-being is certainly there. I’m cautiously optimistic the benefits will continue to build since I”m only on day 8. I want to be clear, I’ve never taken anything like this in my life. It’s working faster and with more benefits than I ever imagined. I wrote this long review because I want other men to know that Tongkat Ali is real, it’s working, and it may be my long-term fix for Low-T. You can see how clear the Nootropics brand is, that means it’s not loaded with fillers and has excellent purity. The Solaray brand is a cloudy mess. At first, I was super skeptical and nervous about wasting my money. But after spending a few hours reading reviews and watching YouTube videos reviews. I went ahead and made the purchase feeling a little better about the purchase. And all I can say is, so far, so GREAT. I highly recommend (actually it’s a must) that you eat before hand. I took it on an empty stomach and threw up 30 minutes later. But since then I take in the evening, with a meal, before bed. And I haven’t gone to get blood work yet, but I wake up every morning hard as a rock and that’s good enough for me lol. Anyways, hope this helps in your decision. Not sure it actually does anything.

I began taking Tongkat Ali because a friend of mine told me it improves his workouts in the gym.I researched a bit, and like a lot of other people I stumbled upon the Joe Rogan / Andrew Huberman podcast where they discuss the benefits to your testosterone levels from taking Tongkat Ali and Fedogia Agrestis.Further research brought me to Nootropics Depot, and I liked their third-party lab testing.Everything I read in the reviews said to start with the 200mg 2% Eurycomanone because it was strong.I purchased one bottle and started with 1 per day. Toward the end of the 60 count I did not feel any different. I didn’t even feel a placebo effect.I decided to up the strength to the 100mg 10% Eurycomanone and give it some more time. I started with one per day, then two, then just went right to 4-5 per day.All in all I went through (1) 200mg 2% bottle and (5) 100mg 10% bottle over a 6 month period and felt no different.Nootropics doesn’t have Fedogia Agrestis but they do have an alternative called Cistanche Tubulosa, which I tried combining with the Tongkat Ali. I think I also bought (2) bottles of that from Nootropics.I really wanted it to work for me because I prefer natural supplements, but I would have to say it was a waste of time and money.

As someone with a high metabolism which has difficulty putting on mass, I can see a difference when taking this supplement. I am gaining and actually holding on to the muscle mass.Tongktat Ali works as a natural testosterone booster and for people who like to workout, it is a great daily addition.It is a clean product with no fillers and high quality ingredients, different than many other brands that use a bigger pill with same dosage amount, which means more fillers.It is worth the price. And even better price when you order bigger bottles.I recommended that to my brother and he approves it, as well. And I will continue to recommend it.
