Scholastic Success with Reading Tests Grade 4 Workbook Paperback – February 1, 2022

Challenging and very helpful.

This book is great for those students whom need a little more in comprehension and reading skills. Was perfect for my 9 year old granddaughter.

My daughter is 1/2 way through 2nd grade, at home due to Covid. We already went through the 3rd grade test book and are starting this 4th grade book. To me, it seems the books are rated/labeled at a higher grade level than stated. To me, the 3rd grade book should be a 2nd, and the 4th, a 3rd. This is why I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars. In any case, I think it helps to practice the restrictive A, B, C, D test formats because that's how they are tested in school, although personally, from a pedagogical perspective, it is quite intellectually/creatively limiting. So it goes...

My kids have been struggling in reading and this has been helping. The book isn't that big but I think its a good size and asks really good questions about the passages.

I like the stories these reading comprehension books have . It is relatable to my 9 year old. He seems to enjoy them.

This book offers a great compliment to the work my son is doing at school, to help him with reading comprehension.

Great activity book for my 4th grader daughter. She loves it.
