Muy buena
Excelente para actualizar PCs más antiguas con una tarjeta buena, como recomendación si pueden conseguirla con fan y si no, ventilar bien la PC y hacer un undervolt

Supported on Linux 5.8 and later with NVidia's driver version 470
This review is for the ASUS GT1030-2G-CSM, an entry-level games or graphics card which performs decently.I purchased this card to replace an 11 year old high-end (at the time) GTX 260 card which came new with my Ubuntu 20.04 personal workstation, which had worked fairly well with NVidia's proprietary X11 legacy driver until the kernel updated to 5.8. The driver for the GTX 260 is not supported on recent kernels. This left me with the unaccelerated open source Nouveau driver, which rendered correctly, but performed poorly: browsers were no longer as responsive and games were very slow due to extensive software rendering to the hardware. 8 FPS in one of my 3D games, too jumpy for use. What a difference 11 years makes. Compared to the aged GTX 260, this entry-level board has similar specs, with some operations much faster. Although my old PCIe 2.0 motherboard runs at half the data transfer rates of the board's PCIe 3.0 interface, everything is snappy including first person games (running at 24-45 FPS), and I'm using the latest version 470 driver. Not bad at all.* CSM stands for Corporate Stable Model, "Extended Longevity & Advance Swap Service" reads the box.* The card has a big finned heat sink instead of a fan and cowl, making it silent. It is a full length card.* It is low profile, and comes with panel brackets for low profile and regular slots.* It is dual slot width, with the heat sink fins taking up the adjacent slot.* It does not come with a metal cover for the open panel slot aligned with the heat sink fins, so you'll need to find one of those to cover the hole if you replace a card that covered both back panel slots.* There are two display output ports: DVI-D and HDMI.* The HDMI also has an audio device on the card, which I have not tested.* The slow, unaccelerated, open source Nouveau Linux driver works out of the box.* The fast, accelerated, proprietary NVidia 470 X11 driver works well too.* Cards based on the NVidia GT 1030 chipset debuted at around $75 but the current pricing is about twice that due to parts shortages; I still think these are still a fair price.* NVidia's GT 1030 chip requires about 30 Watts of power. This card is powered off the PCIe slot and requires no 6-pin connector, so overall uses less than 75 Watts.

Great for JRiver Media Center, but too hot for a case with inadequate ventilation
I have a home theater PC (HTPC) in an nMediaPC 5000 case, running JRiver Media Center. I love the case, but its ventilation, despite 4 fans, and a vented top, has always been a problem with all but 35W Intel processors with built-in graphics (I was using an i7-4785T). On low graphics settings, there was too much banding, and on higher settings, there was stuttering of the video. With the GT1030 card, I was able to use the highest video settings and increase debanding in MadVR to "High." The picture quality was much better, and the card is of course silent.Unfortunately, the case could not tolerate the excess heat, and the hard drives went from under 40 degrees C to 50 degrees C. Turning up the case fans to compensate resulted in unacceptable noise. In a case with better ventilation, this card would make a great replacement for a Haswell iGPU. In the end, I bought a Ryzen 5 3400G and B450 motherboard, and used the built-in graphics of the Ryzen. The results are as good as the GT1030/Intel combination, and power consumption is the same as that combination.
