The support line told me I needed a new battery. I suppose they don't want to acknowledge they continue to make a product with a known Achilles heel. This product solves the issue. Took about 20 minutes to fix.

Sadly the trigger is poorly designed and this part was necessary but the part ordered was a perfect fit and popped right in place!

The trigger broke on my v11, this part saved me from buying a new one. Trigger works better than the original, takes some time to take the vacuum apart replace, but now it's a hair trigger for dust

No problem with fit, it works just like the OEM trigger, no binding, no having to "massage" the part to fit. See the pic: this replacement's got just a slightly longer rib on the side, so perhaps it'll be less prone to break.My V11 (SV14) required a PZ1 (Posidriv) long bit (or a PZ1 screwdriver). My short PZ1 bit would remove the battery, but not the cyclone assy screws, and I could not get a PH1 or PH2 to work there either. I bought a Wiha bit set (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01B8L4PCI) for $10 that has 3" long PZ1, PZ2, and PZ3 bits (made in China), and that PZ1 worked fine for the (9) PZ1 screws. The other (5) screws are T8 on mine, and I already had extended T8 bits, though shorties would probably work OK on all but the one deeeeep in the trigger handle.
