I had to have such a thing as i had an issue with my sink on my bathroom. Every time water were not flushed and using just pump did not help. Eventualli have discovered that i had a piece of toilet paper that got stuck at the edge of the pipe. I was able to take it out using the camera and push it back to me.The operation of the camera is great. The fact that it's wireless is awesome. No limitation of where is your phone or laptop.It took me a while to download the app but after figuring it out, this product seems great, just for what i was needed !

Never could get the wireless piece to work properly so I just hardwired it to my cell phone. The tech support site listed on the directions doesn't exist any more. However the quality of the video is excellent and that's all I needed.

I downloaded the Moqo View app and tried to open it. However, the app froze with a picture of a man with a camera and and sunset. (?) When I went to Gadgetise.com/support, I was redirected to clickfunnels.com URL. I was unable to contact the company for support via their website (since I was redirected) and no phone number is listed on the mini instruction manual. The company did a nice job on the instruction manual, though... Clear and concise. Maybe they should change their business model to writing instructions.

After I received this product, I charged it up and it got really warm, a lot warmer than any other battery that I charge. I contacted the seller and we exchanged several emails and they said that they would send a replacement. I did not receive a replacement and it has been over a month. As for the product, I was able to download the software onto my phone and use this product right away. I probably did not need the entire 16' or so of the camera cable but the product does work and did a good job. In short, I do not have full trust in a product that gets really warm when I charge it.

so far I have not been able to connect the wifi to the phone....but this is my first time with something like this so I am not sure it is not a user problem...I do not have a wifi modem and thought this would work without one....but the device seems like a good quality tool and I am sure I will really like it when I figure out what I need to use it...

I am willing to increase (better) my rating if it is user error.The video in kitchen sink is not at all clear in the pipe , i think, due to water. I really thought this camera would take decent video even in water but it is not. It does seem to take good picture out of the water. So my question is should it take good picture in a sink pipe with water or not?

I love this thing. It works flawlessly with my iPad and iPhone. As another customer noted, I was unable to get it to work with my Windows 10 laptop. That’s not a huge issue for me as I’m more like to use it with my iOS devices. I highly recommend it.

It was easy to set up and the price was awesome. But I really wanted to see the inside of my ear to see if I had any wax. It did not zoom or focused clearly.
