I mix this with some water first, then add a small amount of stronger powder, THEN add low-fat milk to take away "watery-ness"

I love this product. It is only 120 calories and 27% protein. Taste great but you might have to use more than one cup of liquid because my was a little two sweet. I advise using 2 cups instead. Also fills you up so you don't get the hungrier.

Very nice peach taste. Tastes like peach jello. A bit tough to mix, but using a frother helps mix all the powder without leaving lumps.My big disappointment is the massive plastic container used to house the product. It was less then half full (yes, I realize product settles), but a bag would be much more environmentally friendly.

My favorite protein and I’ve tried so many ! It’s light weight and actually tastes good . I mix it with water , oatmeal , and even my yogurt !
