Our Materials We only work with the highest grade wood available. All of our monograms are made from 1/2" 9-ply Baltic Birch Plywood. Under no circumstances is our wood ever exposed to harmful chemicals that can hurt your family or substituted with lesser quality MDF. Our Unique Process After we carefully craft your plaque, we go through and sand each by hand to make sure that they are prepared properly for your home. Then our team inspects every monogram for imperfections before carefully packing them to be sent to your doorstep. Shipping Time We strive to ship every order in a timely manner. For unpainted pieces, this is 24 - 72 hours. Painted items require slightly more time, so we aim for 3-7 days.
