Q: Which part is the silicone sheeting, there is a plastic piece that will not stick to anything, the beigne, piece which resembles a bandaid is sticky. The clear piece is what looks to be displayed in the picture. The package came with NO written instructions. Just a tiny photo.............................

As far as I can tell, you are supposed to put the sticky part over the scar. That's actually the silicone sheeting and they make it sticky so it can adhere to your body.

Q: How many are in a package?

This says single sheet. The one I purchased had 5 sheets and I cut them to the size I needed therefore they went further.
