Q: These can be ironed on from the inside? I don’t want the patch to be on the outside. If so, how do I iron these on from the inside?

I patched my jeans from the inside. After ironing the patch on I made a series of super tiny stitches to anchor it that weren't visible from the outside. My jeans were ripping in a sensitive area and I was still overweight at the time and didn't want to replace them just to have them be too big in a few months. While I was still heavy there was alot of stress on them and they held well. If the area isn't subject to stress I wouldn't even bother the stitching, but if it is I would recommend that you do it. But yes, you can put your patches on the inside.

Q: Can these patches be machine washed and tumble dried once they are applied?

Yes ,I have washed and dried in the dryer and they stay on !

Q: how do I apply this patch?

Starting with a clean item that you want to patch, get it on as flat of a surface as you can. If the surface isn't heat resistant then put a folded towel under the item. Put the patch where you want it and iron it into place. Unless this is in a high stress area like the crotch of your jeans you are done. If it is, then put it on the inside instead of the outside and sew it down.

Apply the patch to where you want it and iron it. Doesn't take long to adhere.
