The list of what I like is so much longer than what I would say I dislike. I'll get the dislike out of the way. The assembly guide was pretty much non-existent, but it was fairly easy to figure out. When it completes a massage cycle it just shuts off and does not reset back so you can get out. You have to turn it back on, select a cycle, then turn the power off. Then it will go back to the neutral position so you can actually get out of the chair. It would also be nice if the heat and ionization functions could be defaulted on so I didn't have to try to free a hand that is now captured in one of the armholders to adjust the settings on every single cycle.Now for what I liked, The chair is comfortable. Does a very good job has a lot of functions and is very quiet. A lot of massage chairs are noisy when the motors operate, especially the compressor for the air functions. This one is not. You could easily have a television at a normal listening level. Be sitting in this chair and not disrupt anybody's viewing. It feels very solid. Has a lot of functions. My sister bought a Japanese branded chair for more than double this money and my one has more features and seems to do as good or better of a job

My parents are very against me buying a massage chair! Because I have bought them before and have never used them! Because it's really uncomfortable! So I am more cautious with this purchase! I compared many brands. I finally chose irest! Apparently it was the right choice. It's much more comfortable than my friend's massage chair! The only small flaw is that the chair does not reset automatically after each massage! Be sure to press the power button to reset.I would like to add that the seller's credit is extremely poor. Between the choice of on-site installation and the installation by myself, I chose to install it myself because the seller promised me to give me a massage stick, but has not fulfilled his promise so far!

The value of it I would give it also for rating the things that I said the white glove service was the issue, the second issue is the airbag in the cast area of the legs, and the airbag and the shoulder part should be wider or larger everything is like a miniature and it gets behind the tissue instead of working with the tissue, so they need to make changes to that. For the money I don’t know if you could do better probably you probably could

The only thing I could say, would be a negative on this chair, is it to bit, narrow. Speaking to the chair does not work well for me. Most of the time she does not understand me, so I just turned her off. The only other thing I can think of is the phone charger is pretty much. worthless. these three things are not a huge problem, but for some people it may be.The positive of the chair is comfort, The spinal rollers Go well past my lower back go to my upper thigh. The heated back, foot massage and the upper and lower airbags aid to a well rounded massage.The power board rcently went bad I contacted them and there wasn’tany issues and had a replacement in the mail and posted a step-by-step Instructions. How to replace it with pictures which made it a very easy 15 minute change out.I can’t speak highly enough about the company that makes the chair and the after sales support that you typically don’t find in todays Society.Five starsThanks Clif

This is a very high quality massage chair. Taking delivery, it was well packaged and we experienced no damage whatsoever. We tried to get the white glove service to help move it to our 2nd level of our house, but due to scheduling issues, it did not work out. We found two strong men in our neighborhood to assist me. With a stairs hand truck purchased from Harbor Freight and two men on top of the box, and the big man push from below, we were able to manhandle this very heavy chair (in the box, with the arms removed) upto the 2nd floor. Once up there, the assembly was easy enough by watching the youtube video and taking about 30 minutes to an hour to finish. It powered and worked immediately. We have been using the various pre-programmed settings and we love the stretch one the best as it does stretch your entire body. The chinese and thai massage are similar, but also useful to work out the kinks in your joints.There have been complaints about the roughness of the spine massage, but I enjoy this level of massage, but if you can't take it they do provide a pretty good 2-layer back overlay to help.All in all, we are enjoying the chair everyday (with the two of us), and we anticipate many years of enjoyment ahead.
