This cookbook is amazing as is information about plate building diet and lifestyle. I have the first edition and it was well worth the updated info to buy the second edition but the printing is off. There are duplicate recipes and photos. Please Amazon offer replacement books to UK purchasers.

I love that there's a picture per recipe.. I don't know why but this really inspires me more to make recipes. It really is a beautiful book and I love making the recipes. I'm looking forward to making my way through all the recipes.

Loved there were so many pictures and the recipes are not many ingredients and quick and easy to follow and make. Makes life a lot easier when you’re a busy working parent
