Great piece of kit
After breaking the remote control, I ordered this replacement and it arrived the same day. Pairing instructions on the remote. Didn't work for me straight away so I turned the box on with another remote and paired through settings. All working within 5 mins. Would recommend

Follow these instructions...
I pieced this together from different reviews but hear it is all in one place.Connect a USB mouse to the back of the MI Box. This gives you a mouse cursor on screen, go to settings and click on MI RC (remote control) unpair the old remote. A graphic comes up in screen telling you to press two buttons on the new remote to start pairing. The buttons are the MI (or 9 dots button) and the circle button. They are located above the Netflix and Prime buttons respectively.When you press the two buttons, you hear a beep. Let go of the buttons. It should pair in 10 seconds. There's even a countdown.Thank you to everyone who provided the info in parts. I was going to bin it until I read your reviews.

Only lasted for about 10 days and it just stopped working, not a good product, really annoyed with the whole situation!

Low range and no voice
Remote is working but Voice not working and Range is low. I have to get up from my sofa to use the remote.
