Awesome compact molle water bladder
Source is a staple in the tactical/hydration category, and this proves why. I was looking for a small bladder that was molle attachable and durable, and I found the perfect fit. The tube system is also great due to the modular system. No complaints!

High speed, excellent product, glad I purchased it.
Seen that others have said, it came without the cover, and just the bladder. One can see there are two options when picking this item, with, or without the bladder. Be sure to select the right one. This is not saying, they were the ones in error, but just encase, be sure. Now, on with this product. I purchased this Item to attach to a Multicam Military LBV. It will be under the left arm, far side of the vest. it fits perfectly. I was worried it would be too big, but instead, it was definitely what I wanted. The 1L size is great, and this will replace my canteen. I use a Camelback 3L on the back of my vest, but wanted something easier to get to and refill easier. This is the solution for that. The pouch is of high quality, and the bladder is easy to work with. it is not your common way of opening and closing, but indeed easy to handle, and likely, even easier to clean. My only issue with the item, was the Brand so dominant in the front. It made it look cheap a little. Solution? I just took the Brand off. This is a preference thing, and nothing bad about the item truly. I simply, like my TAC items, to not have logos on them, well, except maybe 5.11, but mostly, keep it small and out of site. I really like this Small Pouch and Bladder. I will be field testing it this week, and on Sunday-Monday, out to shoot, move, and communicate and will update on use and pictures to accompany.oh, and it came faster than it was suppose to, I think.

Compact, hose is correct length, convenient
This is a nice unit, perfect size for a plate carrier.I had bought the 3 liter Razer model from Source, it was way too big, 1 liter is the way to go for a plate carrier.I like the hose as I can thread it through two points on the shoulder straps, and testing it out by drinking from the hose worked perfect.I also like the fact that Source Tactical uses the glass like technology for the lining on the water sack inside, and that it is anti microbacterial. If you are looking to carry one liter of water on your plate carrier, this is the one to get.

Good quality, and, not cheap
OK, this is well-made and works. It is probably not light-weight for the volume of water it holds. Wore it on 1.5" wide web belt and worked fine as a waist-carried bladder. So, can wear while seated in a vehicle, can put-on a jacket without being a hunch-back, etc.Quick disconnect at the bladder automatically closes a valve, so can remove from pouch for filling (the bladder and tube sit such that it is held in pouch when tube is connected). Entire top of the bladder opens (sliding clamp system) for easy filling--although hard to judge "full". All small bits are tethered to respective big bits, so won't lose anything. There is *no* additional storage pockets beyond the bladder pouch.Fit on a plain belt fine, but suppose MOLLE panel or adapters would make it more secure.Would like something not quite so expensive, nor heavy, for what it is. A clip for holding the drinking tube to collar or shirt, etc., would be a nice add.

Quality
Having used a lot of hydration systems, I was unfamiliar with this model and a bit skeptical when I ordered it - my need is to mount a chest pouch under my coat to prevent freezing for deep winter mountaineering and arctic research operations. This pouch is adaptable, and the 1L size is less bulky than everything on the shelf at REI. Bonus: my insulin pens fit in the pouch so I'm not worried about them in my chest pocket. A+

Perfectly made and quality is top shelf.
Very well made and coyote brown color is a perfect match for AR500 coyote brown. Bladder, hose and drinking system are top notch. Attachment was easy and flexible. The hose is plenty long enough to wear on your back. Just keep in mind it is very small and your water requirements are probably going to call for more than 1 liter. I ended up buying another larger system for my 2 plate carriers. Also note if you get the 3l system you won’t have any storage area for extra med supplies, food or clothing. It’s perfect for it’s designed purpose.

Small size, that's all.
As many said, it's pretty expensive, but one of few options in 1L bladders.First of all, I have many Source hydration systems, but this one, is kinda disappointing.I bought both systems, with and without pouch. There is no too much to say about the pouch, it's pretty solid and it does its job.My main disappointment is the mouth valve. I bought these for riding, both MTB and mototcycles. The mouthvalve tends to get stuck in the next day if I don't clean it and lube it inmediatly after use (Olive oil in orings and plastic parts). Not sure if it's dirt, because I mostly ride dusty backcountry roads. The tube is pretty solid too, it's great because when I ride, branches sometimes hit me. The big flaw is it doesn't keep the water cool as advertised. Now I'm riding in +30°C or 86F days.As a tactical product from Israel, I really would like to know how it works in a desert combat condition.Almost forgot to mention, it fits good in a 5.11 Tactical Rush MOAB 6 sling pack.

Perfect engineering & design
This thing is perfect & easy to use. Quite a few of the reviews must be by complete idiots because I experienced none of the issues they stated: your lip will never get pinched on the Storm valve & a toddler could operate it.There’s no taste even on the first usage using PUR filtered water. There are rows of MOLLE on each side of the MOLLE straps that are included, so if it is flopping around, try actually securing it PROPERLY with 2 malice clips or similar... WTF?The cover/dirt shield or whatever is also of perfect design. It simply slides on & off. You won’t have to file down anything to get it to fit easier and it (again) could be operated by a toddler. I know this because I let my toddler use this thing hahaha!BUY this because it is THE BEST hydration system out there. Or don’t & buy crap quality over & over.
