This part was exactly what I needed! And allowed me to rehabilitate my ReelWorks hose reel, which was a terrible design using all plastic parts. Cox Reels did an excellent job with this part, using two metal plates that sandwich the 4 roller axels - it's a brilliant design! This roller assembly works great - in fact, much better than my system ever worked. Two things to remember when working with this roller system: 1) Make sure to place tape on all 4 edges if you remove the screws and nuts that sandwich the halves together. The tape will keep it assembled. 2) Check the height of the rollers against your application as you may need to use spacers between your interface and this roller assembly. I used 1/4 spacers in my application and it worked perfect.Thank you Cox Reels!

It will work perfect from hose reel through garage wall.

The product I have was installed one roller on the outside of my house wall and the other roller is on the inside of my craw space wall. I hung the retractable reel on the craw space house beam and lined up with the roller on the wall and fed the hose thru to the outside of the house and everything works great.

No mounting bracket as other's warned, but I didn't check reviews. Built my own. Rollers are cheap. Look elsewhere.

Very heavy duty. I use it over a window well and feed garden hose through it to store hose in window well. Works great and feeds Flexzilla hose easily to where I need it. No bulky hose reels in front yard

The part is a poor design. The roller axles are sandwiched between the plates. Everything comes apart at once and doesn't go back together nicely. (It's not built nicely to begin with.) I spun the rollers with a grinder so that a very small and even amount of material would come off and allow it to clear the sandwich plates. Then I lubed the axles so that they wouldn't squeak so much. I use this item as a bulkhead in my ceiling because my air hose reel for my garage is in the attic. This is not entirely what it's designed for, so I didn't rate the part based on the fact that I needed much longer bolts than provided and a custom mounting plate to make this work. In the end, this is the cheapest I could find and the quality reflects it. However, I don't see it necessary to spend any extra money on it. I would buy it again.
