The one I received was not the new formula even though it was supposed to be.

Q: Is it the new reformulated Cerapeptide version (170ml) or still the original (150ml)?

I received the original version.

Q: Is this for oily skin or more just for dry skin ? I have oily, acne prone skin so I’m not sure if it would work for me

I have oily, acne prone skin as well. While I loved the initial feeling after application (baby soft skin), I noticed cystic pimples and clogged pores all over my face within just a few hours, with every use of this product. I could definitely feel it sitting on my face, almost like a lotion. I would say it's for dry skin and low humidity climate.

Q: does this remove makeup, dirt, and oil?

No this is not a makeup remover. It's a toner/moisturizer. The best one I've ever tried and I had tried lots of brands before this one. I won't use anything else now.
