It's been almost a year of me using it and it's still going really strong. Loved it

Have been using this bag for almost 1.5 years and it is still durable even after carrying a lot of weight daily. Apart from some damage like the stickers coming out and side pockets being teared but otherwise it is good and very useful.

Complaint Regarding Defective and Used Bag ReceivedDear Half Moon Customer Support,I recently ordered a bag from Half Moon, but I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. The bag is old, damaged, and completely unusable. The chain is broken, and its overall condition is very poor.I had expected a new, high-quality product, but instead, I received a used and defective item, which raises serious concerns about the quality of your service.

It's layers are slim but quality is good and it's usable it's waterproofing is not upto that quality looks are great using it for like 6 months and overall experience is good
