Love the product but delivery ruined it
Being from Italy, I know this product and love how efficient it is at degreasing surfaces. My low rating is because of the condition of the product when I received it: I received basically an OPEN empty bottle, with remnants of the liquid all over the plastic wrap it was in. I don't know whether it was packaged poorly by the seller or the delivery messed it up, but unfortunately I won't buy it through amazon ever again.
