They look and feel awesome. Zero issues with them fitting or working. Same quality you expect from Microsoft.

Ordered Saturday estimated delivery was for Thursday. Item showed up Monday afternoon with no expedited shipping just standard flat rate shipping so that's a major plus. Thumb sticks are good quality and nice oem feeling rubber on them. Very happy with my purchase and will be getting more form my other controllers to customize by color. Definitely recommended.

Few issues
Darker than the picture shows. And one of the small joysticks doesn't have a good magnetic pull. Other than that. Looks great.

Not for generation 2
They look really good and feel really good but doesn't fit my generation 2 like advertised

Slick, Hard rubber thumb sticks. No grip, No point.
Bought to replace the already worn thumb sticks on my Elite controller, and they turned out to be worse than the worn ones. Whatever Chinese company makes these uses some slick (felt oily even), hard rubber, as opposed to the Original Xbox thumb sticks which have a proper silicone (I would describe as a good sticky grip) kind of feel to them. All three pairs of the thumb sticks felt this way, so the product was worthless for the purpose I bought them. In addition, the blue paint was rather thin, tacky, and poorly applied. Easy decision to return this product.

They look great and fit perfectly
They look great and fit perfectly. Just what I was looking for. Not a show room finish paint job but exactly what I was looking for!

I like them
I bought these hoping they were a little more teal then blue but they're blue lol, which isn't a huge problem since I can just paint them. The grips are nice and I like the little case that comes with them, so far I've very satisfied with this product :]

Chipped and Dinged upon arrival and not the same size
First off when I opened the kit, the D-Pad was chipped and scratched, and most of the items included had chips missing. I was going to look past this as it was not a huge issue but when I inserted the paddles into their respective slots, they fit loosely and moved around a bit to much. I also noticed the when I grabbed the controller, the paddles did not feel right. I did a comparison and the paddles are significantly smaller then the original paddles and it just didn't feel right.
