They appear strong and well built. yes, the handle may not be perfect, but look hand fitted. online and you can pay as high as $80 heres Dalstrong ©Meat & Carving Fork 7"Regular price$79.00. That's just the fork. at HD or Ace, that cheap sheet metal stuff is $20-30.

Substantial and better than depicted. Reminds me of a set I had decades ago that went to an 'ex' cause yeah, he cooks. NOT. Lol Love this set of two forks - HIGHLY recommend.
