VVAY Dual Arc Plasma Lighter with Battery Indicator and Gift Box, USB Rechargeable Windproof Flameless Electric Lighter

Item dispatched very quickly, received next day, well packaged and very pleased with the item. Item neatly packaged in presentation box and is very stylish for a lighter. I have never had a plasma lighter before but it is very cool, requires no gas and is quick to charge and lasts about 5 days without charge with medium to heavy usage overall very pleased with this item and would highly recommend it.

Surprisingly good, however I did have to sadly give this away. It emitted a very high pitched sound which irritated me and I am also a very naturally electric person and so I kept getting a shock from it when turned on. Person who I gifted it too is chuffed though. If you don’t have super sensitive hearing and a body like you’re Storm from X Men then it’s great.

I bought this lighter as a present for my wife. Initially she was very pleased with it as it looks and feels very nice and well made, but after using it for several days we found it had to be charged daily which equates to about 20 to 30 uses which is not really acceptable. Therefore I shall be returning lighter for refund

Firstly, thank you to the seller "hongmai", who dealt with a packaging issue very well. So 5 stars for them.As for the lighter, it works well, but the battery can't keep up with very heavy use.It would probably last 5 to 10 times longer with usual use, which should be more than enough for most people.It takes a bit more hand eye coordination than other lighters, as the target is quite small, and you have to be within a few millimetres of the arc, but also not crash into it. This gets easier with time.There is a delay from opening the lid, until the touch sensitive button becomes active. This is becoming annoying.You can't turn it off manually, without closing the lid. (It times out after 6 seconds)The button is no longer active after the time out.So you can't leave the lid open, to have faster access.In the long run, I think I would prefer to stick with a jet lighter.It's still a cool little device though.A large table lighter version that activates when you bring something close would be awesome.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this a few days ago and I will highly recommended to everyone! I had enough of gas lighters that I had to buy every 2 weeks.. I've been interested in these types of lighters for a while but only now I went for it. I am not disappointed so far. When the order arrived, it looked like a gift box. The packaging is amazing!! There was a clean black box, with just the logo, the interior is very nicely organised, with everything having a place.

I have had this for a week now, and find it a great alternative to my Zippo. By using only electricity, it's way easier to ensure it always works and the power indicator seems relatively accurate and is a nice touch.I have fully charged and discharged the lighter twice, and both times I have managed 30 ignitions at the 7 second time. Keep in mind that you can close the lighter when the arc is going and it will automatically switch off, so you will get far more than 30 ignitions per charge if you don't just play around with it. Even so, charge time is roughly 20 minutes.Feels great quality, has a nice metallic click and feels a bit cyberpunk. Highly recommended.

I bought this item a few months ago and overall was very happy with it.I dropped the first one onto the wooden floor (~2 foot drop) and it stopped working. I was surprised that it stopped working after such a slight drop but I ordered another one as I thought it would be a one off.I got my 2nd one then and it was working fine similar to the first one. After a few days it wouldn't charge using the USB and discovered the USB wire snapped at the USB connection point. I then substituted it for another USB I had and was working fine. Then, 2 days later it stopped working completely (other than the light appearing when charging). When I try to use I don't get any lights when I open it to use. I didn't drop it or get any water near it. I've no idea why it's not working...It seems I'm after the 30 day return period but both broke pretty easily or out of nowhere so I'm very disappointed overall with these purchases and couldn't recommend.I'll be trying to get a full refund for at least one of these but I should be getting for both realistically; or at least a replacement.

Bought as a gift - very impressed with the quality of the lighter. Nice weight to it and finished in a petrol blue matte metal. Very user friendly and has an easy to see Led indicator telling you how much charge it has. Charging is a doddle - just plug in to a USB port, job done! Supplied with a charging cable and instruction booklet, inside a presentation box. Looks and feels far more expensive than it actually was. Recipient was over the moon with it.
