Great product
Great product for the cost. Holds phones pretty tight. Have found it very handy in many situations and trust that if I wrap it around something my phone will be safe. Only complaint and why it’s not 5 stars is mine did not have a go pro mount with it. Very bummed about that. My go pro 10 would be great to use with this. If the seller reaches out and can get me the missing part that would be amazing.Update- seller reached out and went out of their way to get me the missing part and more. Amazing seller. Highly recommend. Awesome product

It did the job
I needed to record a video for an online class. This did the job, but if I had to use it more than a few times I would definitely go for a higher end model. It was difficult to get the phone in without pinching my fingers and it was sturdy enough to hold the weight of the phone. I had a friend help by holding the base so it wouldn't fall over. I never used the remote control so i can't attest to that.

Used it for a week and then trashed. The phone holder things didn't work anymore.

Quality well surpasses the price
Did not realize this product had remote control or face recognition. It does not matter. This is a high-quality product. Unfortunately these days not too often do I get to say that. Good show

Outstanding tripod
This is my 2nd one. Love it. The remote is a bonus though I wish I could record as well. Well worth it!
