Was the most expensive kettle and toaster I have bought and I've now decided I'll definitely buy cheaper, . The kettle from tower just got so noisy when it was boiling I had to replace it. Just in the first 11 months of buying it. As for the toaster it just blew the electric trip within the first 9mths, unfortunately I had lost receipts , and proof of purchases plus the boxes so couldn't do much about this, . I'm a pensioner so this was a big cost for me One thing is for definite I'll never buy the Tower make again. Disappointed

One problem even after a few weeks of use the water from the kettle still tastes metallic

product ok but received three boxes not one..still weeks later awaiting refund after two boxes returned at 139.98 each..plus postage. of 9 pounds.

We fell into the trap of assuming a kettle and toaster that cost this much would be well designed. The kettle has an open element ( I didn't think anyone still made those!) We're in a hard water area so the tea permanently has white flecks. The toaster doesn't allow you to control each side so everyone has to like the same level of toasting 🙄. I'm contemplating how long I have yo keep them before I buy new ones. I would have returned them unused but unfortunately I was away when they arrived and the family thought they were being helpful setting them up and getting rid of the old ones
