I have taken only one capsule, but I have NOT had any adverse reactions. It seems to be working as advertised. I have NOT felt any jitters, nor any feeling of being short tempered as compared to a plain 100MG caffeine pill which causes my heart to flutter accessions. I am excited about finding this product.

I liked the fact that it is timed release. I started off with 1 and had to eventually bump it up to 2 a day. I take first thing in the morning and am good to go the rest of the day. I got no jitteriness from it either.

My husband's neurologist advised we use only caffeine, initially, in an attempt to stem his excessive drowsiness/sleeping. I started with stronger coffee, but he wouldn't drink anymore than his usual morning amount. That's why I ordered these. I have used the limit (4 in 24 hours). Unfortunately, they have not helped. He has dementia, possibly "mixed", & an olfactory fossa meningioma. For others, this product might be the best way to go - for us, it wasn't.

I waited to write this review to give an opinion on how the Vali Time-Released Caffeine supplement worked over at least a two month period. I began taking 1 capsule every morning (starting 11/9/2024) at the same time, 30 minutes before a morning run. All I can say is this works! Flawlessly. Every time. I never and I mean never have any caffeine jitters. Previously, anytime I’ve tried even a low-dose caffeine supplement, I’d get jittery. What I really loved about this supplement is I didn’t want anything but caffeine. Also, I’m not sure how Vali’s Time-Released Caffeine works exactly, but I have tried a couple of other time-release caffeine supplements that gave me weird feelings. I now have Vali Time-Released Caffeine on auto-delivery.

Not for everyone. I experienced a sudden rush for the first hour with my heart pounding faster and I was feeling jittery. I thought I would get a heart attack. After an hour I crashed and was feeling sleepy and drousy like I never did before and it was 9 in the morning with my work time ruined. It is not time released as they promised as it was all released instantly. Waste of $19 and time.UPDATE: I tried with other remaining tablets and got the same results. I believe there's a manufacturing defect with the capsule shell as it gets disolved easily. The entire barch should be recalled by the manufacturer.
